Dear Guests,

We hope you had a pleasant stay with us. To help our team prepare the unit for the next guests, please ensure check-out is completed before 10:00 a.m.

A few small steps before departure help us prepare the unit quickly for the next guests.

 

Before leaving, please:

• Leave the unit in the same general condition as upon arrival

• Wash the dishes, load the dishwasher and start it before departure

• Place used towels and damp linens in the bathroom

• Return furniture to its original position

• Place remote controls on the TV stand or Videotron terminal

(No need to make the beds — we will take care of that.)

 

Before departure:

• Close all windows

• Turn off lights, oven and coffee maker

• Please ensure all garbage is placed in sealed bags and disposed of in the green bins outside

• Place all recycling in the blue bins located in the parking lot

• Lock all doors when you leave

 

Please note that additional fees may apply for excessive cleaning or if these instructions are not followed.
